This recipe for peach and pear cups is a very healthy dessert and it looks very nice. It is a cold dessert that you do not need much time in advance to prepare. I recommend it to you.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 peaches, large and mature
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 leaves peppermint, chopped
  • fresh mints, to decorate
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 pears
  • 1 peach in syrup, White

Preparation

Grind the white peach and stir with sugar and chopped mint. Immediately add the lemon juice.
Peel pears and peaches and diced 1 cm squares. Put them in the puree and mix well.
Divide the mixture in 4 glass molds such as gelatin, squeeze a little, cover with plastic and refrigerate until ready to serve.

PRESENTATION

Garnish each glass with 3 mint leaves.

TIPS

You can also turn the molds on the plate that will be served and garnish with raspberries.
