Preparation
Grind the white peach and stir with sugar and chopped mint. Immediately add the lemon juice.
Peel pears and peaches and diced 1 cm squares. Put them in the puree and mix well.
Divide the mixture in 4 glass molds such as gelatin, squeeze a little, cover with plastic and refrigerate until ready to serve.
