Because desserts with fruit are versatile,and even more so with peach, here is a recipe for Peach Charlotte, a creamy and sweet option, which will undoubtedly become your favorite. The trick to making this dessert perfect, is that when you incorporate the cream, do it in an enfolding way, since in that manner, it will not flatten or shrink.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 package of Chantilly® cream cheese at room temperature, 190 g
  • 1/3 of cup of Condensed milk Chantilly®
  • 1 cup of chantilly cream
  • 3/4 of cup of peach in syrup cut in cubes
  • 1 package of cinnamon cookie 250 g
  • enough of chantilly cream to decorate
  • enough of peach in syrup to decorate

Preparation

Beat the cream cheese until smooth, add the condensed milk and Chantilly® cream, add the peaches gently.
Arrange the peach cookies in cupcake molds with liners, cover with a bit of the previous mixture, add another cookie and more cream. Refrigerate until it sets at a good consistency.
Cut thin slices of peach, separate and join forming a rose. Set aside.
Remove from the refrigerator and decorate with Chantilly® cream and the peach rose.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with Chantilly® cream, cookies and peach slices.

TIPS

To avoid lumps in the cream cheese, use it at room temperature. When you add the Chantilly® cream, do it in a enfolding way so that it does not shrink its shape.
