Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of peach
  • 4 cups of Red wine
  • 3 spoonfuls of sugar
  • lemon zest of 1 piece
  • cinnamon stick slices
  • 1/2 Cup of almond unroasted, peeled

    Preparation

    Peel, remove the seed and cut the peaches into cubes. Cook them together with the wine, sugar, lemon zest and cinnamon.
    Boil slowly until the fruit is tender.
    Remove the peaches and let reduce the liquid halfway.
    Serve the fruit in glasses and bathe with the syrup.
