Preparation
Wash and peel the pears leaving the trunk (twig). Discourage the pear from below to fill it with mascarpone cheese.
Place them in a pot adding sugar, wine, water and cinnamon. Boil over low heat, until the pears hold the color of the wine and its consistency is that of a syrup.
Place in the refrigerator and at the time of serving with the help of a sleeve place the mascarpone cheese inside the pear.
Serve in a porcelain with a little syrup of the same and garnish with mint leaves.
