This is an easy and tasty recipe to pamper those afternoons at home. A delicious pineapple mousse that you will love, you will not believe how fast it is to prepare it.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 cans evaporated milk
  • 2 packages jelly, pineapple
  • 1 can Pineapple in syrup
  • walnuts, to taste

Preparation

The evaporated milks are put in the freezer for 30 minutes to be super cold almost frozen.
When the milks are cold they are emptied in a very wide container, they rise almost three times.
The evaporated milk is mounted until it is like a foam.
Then he starts to heat the syrup, when the boiling is put the gelatin to dissolve well.
It is poured into the milk assembled in the form of thread and whisks to mix everything very well.
At the end you put the chopped pineapple and walnut.
Refrigerate for three hours or until you have the desired consistency.

PRESENTATION

Serve in glasses with a cherry and a mint leaf.

TIPS

Se podría triturar también la piña en el preparado y solo agregar un poco de piña en trocitos porque a mí no me gusta mucho lo de los trozos en las preparaciones en general!

Es muy rica y súper fácil, cambié una lata de leche por una de leche de coco y adorné con coco tostado, suprimí la nuez!!!!
