Pralines can be used to accompany a dessert or to eat them as a craving as they maintain the properties of the nuts but acquire more flavor due to the caramel.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 200 grams walnut, peeled
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • butter

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat, cook the water and sugar. Add the nuts once the sugar has melted.
Moving constantly monitor the sugar cooking. When the sugar has turned into a clear syrup, remove it from the heat.
Grease a large tray with butter and pour the pralines over it, separating them.

TIPS

Be very careful in the cooking of caramel.
