Ingredients

4 servings
  • 10 slice of white bread
  • 500 milliliters of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 70 grams of Butter
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 10 milliliters of vanilla
  • 100 grams of boneless date
  • 100 grams of nut
  • 50 grams of raisin

Preparation

Cut the bread into small pieces and add the milk to soak for 20 minutes.
Melt the butter and add it to the previous preparation, along with the sugar, vanilla and egg.
Flour a baking dish and add the bread mixture, place the dates, nuts and raisins on the top of the pudding, pressing them a little, preventing them from sinking.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and introduce the preparation for approximately 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven, demold and allow it to cool.
