The raspberry parfait is an easy and quick dessert that your guests will love to try it at these party.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 cups of raspberry fresh
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 3 ounces of Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1 Cup of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
  • raspberries fresh to decorate
  • granulated sugars to frost
  • corn syrup to frost
  • powder sugar

    Preparation

    In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of raspberries and 1/4 cup of sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently for 8 minutes or until the raspberries have softened. Squeeze to remove the sauce, remove the solids and reserve.
    In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and remaining sugar at medium speed with a blender until creamy. Add the cream and beat until soft peaks form. Add sour cream and vanilla.
    Put a little honey on the edge of each glass and frost with sugar, add a layer of cream, a layer of raspberry sauce and a little fresh raspberries. Repeat with the other glasses and serve.
    Garnish with fresh raspberries and icing sugar.
