This is a recipe for fruit dessert very simple to make and delicious. It's perfect to get you out of trouble since it will only take you 15 minutes to do it.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 liter milk, (whole or skim, depending on taste)
  • 1/2 kilos strawberry, medium
  • 2 bananas, cut into slices
  • 2 mangos, in strips
  • 1/4 cups sugar

Preparation

Take the milk and pour it in a blender, add the strawberries, the bananas, the mango; add the sugar little by little.
Wait about 5 or 6 minutes for it to be well mixed.
If you want you can take a colander and leave your shake without lumps.
Then place it in a jar and let cool (if you want you can leave it at temperature) and after you get the desired temperature, take a glass and serve it.

PRESENTATION

You can place the glasses on a tray and decorate around them with candy and take it directly to the dough.

TIPS

If you want you can add other types of fruits, but you should take into account that the mixture tastes good.
