This is a different way to prepare strawberries and in this way give a delicious option to people who do not like chocolate very much. In this case the strawberries are covered with a mixture of cream cheese and cream to beat with a light vanilla flavor and rolled in amaranth. A delight that you have to try.

Ingredients

16 portions
  • 16 strawberries, disinfected and without tail
  • 180 grams cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups whipping cream, cool
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cups amaranth

Preparation

Refrigerate the strawberries 30 minutes.
Beat the cream cheese, the cream to beat, vanilla and the sugar glass.
Insert the strawberries in wooden sticks and cover first with the cream cheese mixture and then with the amaranth.
Refrigerate.

TIPS

Instead of amaranth they can be covered with chocolate granules, walnuts or almonds.
