Preparation
Wash the strawberries, then remove the tails and cut them in half.
In a bowl, mix the sour cream, the brown sugar, the orange liqueur and the orange juice. We reserve
In another bowl, we mount the cream with the help of a rod, when it has been assembled, we add the white sugar. We continue beating until it has a firm consistency. Add the sour cream mixture and continue mixing until you get a homogeneous sauce.
We put in a glass a layer of strawberries and another Romanoff sauce alternately.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
