Desserts with fruit are undoubtedly the best option for sharing after lunch or mid-afternoon. This recipe for a Strawberry Charlotte has the perfect touch of Chantilly Cream. To avoid lumps in the cream cheese, use it at room temperature.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 package of Chantilly® cream cheese at room temperature (190 g)
  • 1/3 of cup of Condensed milk Chantilly®
  • 1 cup of chantilly cream
  • 3/4 of cup of strawberry cut in small cubes
  • 1 package of cinnamon cookie 180 g
  • enough of chantilly cream to decorate
  • enough of strawberry cut in a fan shape, to decorate

Preparation

Beat the cream cheese until smooth, add the condensed milk and Chantilly® cream, add the strawberries gently.
Arrange the cinnamon cookies in cups covered with a little of the previous mixture, add another cookie and more cream. Refrigerate until the consistency is set.
Remove from the refrigerator and decorate with Chantilly® cream, pieces of cookies and strawberries.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with Chantilly® cream, cookies and strawberries.

TIPS

To avoid lumps in cream cheese, it is better at room temperature. When you add the Chantilly® cream, do it in a folding manner so that its shape does not shrink or fall.
