Preparation
Crush the cookies in the food processor until you get a fine powder. Mix with butter and sugar.
Pour the biscuit mixture into an 18 cm cake pan and spread with a spoon, to form a crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Blend 1 ½ cup of strawberries with lemon juice, cheese and sugar for 3 minutes or until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the hydrated and melted grenetine in the form of yarn. Reservation.
Beat the cream until smooth peaks and mix in a wrapper with the cheese mixture.
Accommodates the rest of the strawberry halves around the mold. Pour the strawberries mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
Garnish with sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
