Preparation
Boil a liter of water in a deep pot.
Once boiling, add the tapioca. Stir constantly to avoid the tapioca sticking to the bottom of the pot.
You will know that the tapioca is cooked once it doubles its size and goes from being white to transparent.
Strain the cooked tapioca and place in a bowl or deep oven dish.
Add the whole milk, condensed milk, and the berries or fruit you have chosen. Stir all the ingredients well.
Finally, add the crushed ice (optional) and serve in glass cups.
