Prepare these delicious and refreshing red cupcakes with granola. They are perfect for breakfast or for dessert. It has a rich and creamy yogurt filling with red fruits and a crunchy and sweet granola base. They are perfect for feeding children and also have a low sugar content.

Ingredients

  • 3 sticks Kellogg's® Krunchy ™ Granola Apple Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups natural yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberry
  • 1/2 cups strawberry, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 cups raspberry, washed

Preparation

Place the yogurt and blueberries, raspberries and strawberries in the blender and blend until they are fully integrated. Pass the yogurt with the red fruits through a sieve to remove the excess husk.
Place cups in a mold for mini muffins. Crumble the Kellogg's® Krunchy ™ Granola Cinnamon Apple and place a little inside each layer.
Decorate the tartlets with raspberries or some blueberries. Freeze for 2 hours. Decorate with fresh mint.
