Ingredients

8 servings
  • 260 grams of Great Value® wheat flour
  • 85 grams of Great Value® glass sugar
  • 150 grams of Great Value® salt-free butter
  • 1 pinch of Great Value® salt
  • 1 egg smoothie
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 300 milliliters of whipping cream (for the filling)
  • 60 milliliters of whole milk Great Value®
  • 4 cups of raspberry
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 grams of White chocolate

    Preparation

    Preheats the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
    To make the dough of the tart in a food processor with the dough knife, mix the flour, the sugar, and the salt. Add the butter and mix until you get a crumbly dough. Add the egg and finish mixing until you get 1 ball of dough.
    Cover the dough with egapak and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Remove the dough from the refrigerator and with a rolling pin and flour extend until it has a thickness of .25 cm. Place on a mold for tartlets of 25 cm and with the fingers molds on the mold. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    Place some beans on the tart and bake for 25 minutes. The beans are so that the tart does not sponge. Remove from the oven and remove the beans.
    Paint all the tartlet with the egg yolk and bake for 5 more minutes.
    For the filling place the white chocolate in a deep bowl.
    Place the cream and milk in a pot and cook over medium heat until it starts to boil. Pour over the chocolate and with a balloon whisk beat slowly and incorporate.
    Beat the 2 eggs and add to the chocolate mixture, beating quickly.
    Fill the tartlet with the white chocolate filling and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven allowing it to cool and then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    Cover the tart with the raspberries and decorate with icing sugar just before serving.
