The toasted bread with raspberry jam is a very tasty dessert, easy and ideal to send children to lunch. Raspberry jam is very easy to make and very tasty, as well as being much healthier than commercial marmalade, as it does not have preservatives, additives or colorings.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package Bimbo® Toasted Bread
  • 1 kilo raspberry
  • 1 kilo sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yellow lemon juice
  • Water, necessary amount

Preparation

Cut the raspberries in quarters.
Place the raspberries in a pot, along with the sugar. Cover the fruit with water. Allow the preparation to boil, stir continuously until the sugar has dissolved.
Once you break the boiling point, reduce the flame.
Allow the water to evaporate, cook for 30 minutes or until you get the desired consistency.
Once ready, store in jars and refrigerate.
Spread the jam (once it is at room temperature) on a toast.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate accompanied by a glass of milk.

TIPS

Spread some butter before placing the jam.
