Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 pinch cream of tartar
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 4 cups fresh berries, varied
  • leaves peppermint, to decorate
  • vegetal oil, spray

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius.
Prepare two baking trays with waxed paper and vegetable oil spray.
With an electric mixer begin to beat the egg whites until they begin to have bubbles.
Add the cream of tartar and little by little 1 cup of sugar. Continue beating until you get a white and hard meringue.
With a pastry bag do the Vacherin with circular movements on the waxed paper.
Bake until they can be easily removed from the wax paper, approx. 1 hour and a half.
Beat the cream with 1/2 cup of sugar and place in the center of each Vacherin.
Cover with assorted berries.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with mint leaves.

La temperatura varía de horno en horno, te recomendamos que siempre lo pongas a temperatura baja para evitar que se queme. No te alejes del horno para que vayas viendo la cocción. Saludos :)

me encantan como sugerencia, yo usualmente le agrego un toque de vainilla al merengue. Le da un aroma muy delicado y suave. Excelente receta!!! sencilla y sobre todo deliciosa...
