This yoghurt gelatin with raspberries looks super nice and when you cut it you will surprise everyone by the pieces of raspberries that you have inside.

Ingredients

15 portions
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 1/2 envelopes gelatin
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1 cup Water, hot
  • raspberries, split in half

Preparation

The cream with sugar is put on fire.
Aside the grenetina dissolves in the hot water, already dissolved it is incorporated to the milk and the sugar to that it gives a boil.
Remove from heat and add yoghurt and raspberries, grease a mold and refrigerate until set.
