In a bowl, place the flour and make a hole in the center, add the yeast, along with the warm milk and a pinch of sugar.
Work together until a dough begins to form. Then add the remaining sugar, salt, butter in pieces and eggs. Knead everything, cover the dough and let it rest for an hour in a warm place.
Spread it on a floured surface with the help of the rolling pin until it is about 8mm thick and cut the dough with a short round pasta of 4cm in diameter, make a 1cm diameter hole in the center with an apple drain.
Cover them and let them rest in a warm place for two hours. Fry them in plenty of hot oil with the side that has risen further down. Brown them on both sides, remove them and let them drain on kitchen paper.
