Ingredients

12 portions

  • 75 grams unsalted butter

  • 2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 75 grams powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs, milkshakes
  • 425 grams flour, preferably grade "00", and something extra to sprinkle

Preparation

Heat the milk, butter and vanilla until the butter melts. I cooled until warm.

Cover with plastic and a cloth. Let grow for 2 hours, until they double in size.
