  • 4 cups chocolate, in pieces
  • 3 tablespoons yeast
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 3 units egg
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 cups wheat flour, sifted
  • 1/2 liters oil, edible
  • white chocolate chips, (to decorate)
  • milk chocolate chips, (to decorate)
  • 1 cup cocoa powder


Crumble the yeast, form a hole in the center with 1/4 of sugar, 1/2 cup of cocoa powder, 1 cup of flour and put the yeast in the center.
Add 3/4 cup of warm milk so that the yeast dissolves.
Add the flour little by little and add 3 tablespoons of butter until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Transfer the dough to a metal container and cover with a damp cloth, let stand for 30 min.
Mix the rest of the flour, cocoa powder, eggs, butter, milk and sugar.
When you increase the volume of the dough that was left at rest, mix with the other. Leave in a metal container and stand for an hour or until doubled in size, cover with a damp cloth.
Knead and use a roller to extend the most to have a thickness of 2 or 3 cm. Cut in the form of a donut, a large circle and a smaller one in the center.
Place the donuts in a tray and let stand for 30 min or until they double their volume.
To fry the donuts in very hot oil and to pass to a plate with paper of kitchen to drain the excess of fat.
Let cool for 5 min and melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Dip each donut from the front into the melted chocolate, decorate with the white chocolate and milk sparkles.
To serve.
