Mix the flour, sugar, yeast, cinnamon and salt, until they are integrated.
Add the egg, vanilla, oil and half a cup of hot water.
Mix all the ingredients to form a uniform dough that does not stick on your hands.
Make a ball with the dough and let it rest for 20 min, covering it with a cloth.
After 20 minutes and once the dough has increased its volume, spread it with a roller and with a glass gives the shape and removes the center with a smaller one for the center (can be with a tequila horse).
At the moment of cutting the donuts, the dough should be between 2 to 3 cm wide so that the donut inflates well. Once the donuts are cut, let them rest for 10 min. While we put to heat enough oil to cook them.
Fry them 20 to 25 seconds per side and let them drain on a plate with absorbent paper.
While the donuts are drained a little, we begin to hydrate the grenetina with the rest of hot water, flavorings and dyes and we put a few minutes to the refrigerator.
After 10 minutes we took the gelatin out of the refrigerator and covered the donuts with it, with a knife we trimmed the excesses and that's it.
To finish we put the cookies with crushed cookies using melted chocolate to adhere well.

You can separate some complete fillings of the cookies to decorate the shore as in the photo.

Crush the cookies with a spoon and not with the blender so that when you bite the donut has pieces of crispy biscuit.
