Ingredients

30 portions
  • 2 cups flour
  • 5 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 1 cup milk, (250 ml)
  • 1 egg
  • oils, (to fry) enough
  • strawberries, chopped
  • chocolates, melted to taste
  • condensed milk, to taste
  • coconuts, toasted
  • cinnamon powder
  • fresh ginger

Preparation

Mix in a bowl of flour, all the sugar, and the yeast for two minutes.
Add the milk and the beaten egg, mix well and finish putting the rest of the flour. Knead for 8 minutes, then add the butter and knead until the dough does not stick in your hands.
A ball forms and it is left to rest for 40 minutes. Stretch the dough and leave it 1 cm thick. Cut in the form of donuts, let it rest so that it rises again and fry.
Melt the chocolate with the condensed milk and two tablespoon of the fresh ginger juice (squeeze in processor) and half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Then add a part of strawberries and another part of toasted coconut.
We bathe the fried donuts with the mixture, and we add to it above chopped strawberry and coconut.

PRESENTATION

Bathe the donuts in the chocolate and place pieces of strawberry and toasted coconut on top.
