My family and I love donuts, so I learned to make them and the best recipe is this one. After trying several I adapted it to what my daughter likes, chocolate sparks; to my husband of chocolate and cherries and to me with amaranth that is very nutritious. So it occurred to me to mix the three flavors in the dough and the cover.

Preparation
Sift the flour in a large bowl, make a volcano and make a hole in the middle put a little sugar, crumbled yeast, 3/4 cups of warm milk mix, mix and let stand 5 minutes to sponge the yeast.
Add the other ingredients margarine, remaining milk, eggs, remaining sugar, and nutmeg, mix and start kneading with your hands to form an elastic mass, you can put a little flour on the table and knead the dough up that is elastic. Grease the bowl, put the dough to rest for an hour or until it doubles its size covered with a cloth.
Once the dough is doubled in size, put the dough on a table sprinkled with flour and open a little and mix the chocolate chips, amaranth and cherries, knead until incorporating, with the hands to give shape to the dough, put in a greased and floured tray. Let rest another half hour.
After half an hour, fry them in the pan with very hot oil.
Once the donuts are fried, let cool for 5 minutes. Decorate with melted chocolate with a spoonful of margarine, put the donuts in the chocolate and decorate with cherry and sprinkled amaranth.
