Mix the flour, yeast, milk, sugar, salt and San Juan® egg pieces in a bowl, and knead until you begin to get consistency. Add the butter and continue kneading for 15 more minutes, until smooth.
Place the dough in a previously greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth or plastic and rest for 1 hour.
On a floured surface, spread the dough with a 1 cm wide roller, let it rest on the table for 10 minutes before cutting. Cut circles of different diameter, as shown in the video.
Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat and fry the donuts; flip them with the help of a spatula and when removing them, drain on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
For the glaze, divide the glass sugar into 3 parts, add 2 tablespoons of milk to each, mix until incorporated and add the dye, respectively.
Cover the donuts with the different glazes, as shown in the video, let dry and decorate.
