Ingredients

12 portions
  • 4 cups flour, (500 grams)
  • 10 grams dry yeast
  • 3/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 San Juan® Eggs
  • 1/4 cups butter
  • enough flour, to spread the dough
  • enough oil, to fry
  • 1 cup bitter chocolate, molten
  • 3 cups powdered sugar, for the glaze
  • 1/4 cups milk, for the glaze
  • enough Red food dye, for the glaze
  • enough green coloring, for the glaze
  • enough edible sugar pearls

Preparation

Mix the flour, yeast, milk, sugar, salt and San Juan® egg pieces in a bowl, and knead until you begin to get consistency. Add the butter and continue kneading for 15 more minutes, until smooth.
Place the dough in a previously greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth or plastic and rest for 1 hour.
On a floured surface, spread the dough with a 1 cm wide roller, let it rest on the table for 10 minutes before cutting. Cut circles of different diameter, as shown in the video.
Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat and fry the donuts; flip them with the help of a spatula and when removing them, drain on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
For the glaze, divide the glass sugar into 3 parts, add 2 tablespoons of milk to each, mix until incorporated and add the dye, respectively.
Cover the donuts with the different glazes, as shown in the video, let dry and decorate.

TIPS

Para mi hay que activar la levadura antes de amasar todos los ingredientes juntos... es decir x aparte ponerla con muy poquita agua tibia con el azúcar... cuando se levanta recién ponerla
