Preparation
Mix in a bowl the warm milk and yeast, together with a little flour. Let this dough rest for 10 minutes.
Add the eggs, salt, sugar and the rest of the flour, mix well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Stretch the dough and then cut either with a glass or cup for the outer circle and for the navel with the stopper of a bottle.
For the glaze: In a pan melt the butter over low heat, place it in a bowl and add the other ingredients. Mix until smooth.
Place the donuts on a mold and put them in the oven for 10-12 minutes (180ºC). Let cool and then glaséalas.
