Ingredients

20 servings
  • 400 grams of sifted flour
  • 20 grams of baking yeast
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 1/2 glass of milk
  • 30 grams of Butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • oils to fry
  • sugars to bread

    Preparation

    In a bowl add the flour and make a hole in the center, add the yeast, milk and a pinch of sugar.
    Knead until it begins to form a dough, add the remaining sugar, salt, butter at room temperature and eggs.
    Knead well and let the dough rest for an hour in a warm place.
    On a floured surface, spread the dough with a rolling pin until it is 8mm thick (about 1/3 of an inch), with a round cutter 4 cm (1.5 inch) in diameter cut the dough, in each circle cut a small circle of 1 cm (about 3/8 of an inch) in diameter in the center.
    Cover and let stand in a warm place for 2 hours. Fry in a pan with 3 cm of hot oil. Brown on both sides, remove and let drain on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
    Coat the donuts with sugar.
