Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 slices Pineapple in syrup
  • 1/2 cups coconut cream
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • cherries in syrup
  • vanilla extract
  • grated coconuts
  • 4 donuts, glazed
  • 2 ounces Rum, (optional)

Preparation

Place the butter in the blender at room temperature, and beat until acremar.
Add the coconut cream, 3 tablespoons of pineapple syrup and the vanilla essence. Beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. You can add a little rum if you wish.
Put the bitumen in a pastry bag and decorate each donut with it.
Decorate with toasted coconut, cherries and pineapple pieces.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with toasted or shredded coconut and cherries in syrup.
