Ingredients

  • 8 strawberries washed and disinfected
  • 3 teaspoons of sugar
  • 6 drops of lemon juice
  • 3 donuts Krispy Kreme Integrales
  • 1/2 Cup of Nestle media creama refrigerated
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of vanilla extract

    Preparation

    Remove two complete strawberries for decoration and finely slice the remaining 6 strawberries. In a plate mix the sliced ​​strawberries with sugar and lemon, let stand for 5 or 10 minutes until they release their juice, stirring occasionally.
    With a bread knife cut the donuts in half transversely so that you have 6 half donuts to put together a kind of sandwich.
    In a small bowl place the half cream (it must be very cold to make it thick) and beat with a balloon whisk for 1 minute along with the vanilla extract.
    Arrange your cakes by layers: place a half of donut on the plate, then spread a layer of cream, place a light layer of the strawberry mixture, then another half of donut, cream, strawberries and finish with the third half of donut decorating with a whole strawberry.
    Repeat the procedure to assemble the second pastry.

    PRESENTATION

    You can sprinkle with icing sugar to give it a final touch.

    TIPS

    The cream does not carry sugar and the strawberries only a minimum amount so it achieves an excellent balance of flavor that does not cloy. The armed cakes can be kept refrigerated for up to twelve hours.
