Preparation
In a bowl add the flour and make a hole in the center, add the yeast, milk and a pinch of sugar.
Knead until it begins to form a dough, add the remaining sugar, salt, butter at room temperature and eggs.
Knead well and leave the dough to rest for an hour in a bowl covered with a damp cloth.
On a floured surface, spread the dough with a rolling pin until it is 8mm thick (3.2 inches), with a round cutter 4 cm (1.6 inches)in diameter cut the dough, in each circle cut a circle of 1 cm (.39 inches) in diameter in the center.
Cover and let stand in a warm place for 2 hours. Fry in a pan with 3 cm (1.2 inches) of hot oil. Brown on both sides, remove and let drain on kitchen paper to remove excess fat.
Sprinkle the donuts with sugar.
