Ingredients

12 servings
  • 4 cups of flour
  • 10 grams of dry yeast
  • 3/4 of Cup of milk
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter
  • enough of flour to extend
  • enough of oil to fry
  • enough of sugar to sprinkle

    Preparation

    In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, milk, sugar, salt, eggs and knead until it is a good consistency. Add the butter and continue kneading for 15 more minutes or until smooth.
    Place the dough in a previously greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let stand for 1 hour.
    On a floured surface, spread the dough with a 1 cm wide roller and let it rest on the table for 10 minutes before cutting
    In a pot over medium heat, heat the oil and with the help of a stick, fry the donuts on both sides. When golden brown, remove and drain on absorbent paper to remove excess fat. Sprinkle with sugar and enjoy.

    TIPS

    Hola, qué tal!! Por favor podrías decirme porque las dos veces que he echo esta receta, la mezcla me queda pegajosa y es imposible maniobrarla; al menos que le agregue más harina de lo que dice la receta... Será que el error está en que 3/4 de taza de leche es mucho líquido? Por favor pronta repuesta, gracias!
