Ingredients

12 servings
  • 4 cups of flour
  • 10 grams of dry yeast
  • 3/4 of Cup of milk
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter
  • enough of flour to extend
  • enough of oil to fry
  • enough of sugar to sprinkle

Preparation

In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, milk, sugar, salt, eggs and knead until it is a good consistency. Add the butter and continue kneading for 15 more minutes or until smooth.
Place the dough in a previously greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Let stand for 1 hour.
On a floured surface, spread the dough with a 1 cm wide roller and let it rest on the table for 10 minutes before cutting
In a pot over medium heat, heat the oil and with the help of a stick, fry the donuts on both sides. When golden brown, remove and drain on absorbent paper to remove excess fat. Sprinkle with sugar and enjoy.

Si dieron bien los ingredientes, a mi también me pasó que quedaba pegajosa por qué le faltaba amasar entonces puse mas harina y un poco más de levadura y ya quedó bien ... Solo es cuestión de amasar
