Ingredients

100 portions
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 grams margarine
  • 1 kilo self-raising wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 500 grams sugar, white

Preparation

The oven is preheated to about 220 degrees.
Then the sugar is integrated with the margarine and vanilla. It is beaten only until it is homogenized because if the texture is beaten a lot it will not be good.
Then the eggs are added one by one.
And finally the flour is added, first 500 grams is made and then the rest, as I said before only until it is well integrated and the flour can not be distinguished from the mixture.
After you enter the oven for about 8 minutes with the figure you want, you can also leave them until they are golden brown.

PRESENTATION

You can spread sparks of colors or chocolate before baking.

TIPS

It can be used for a cookie cutter or for cutters and since it has enough margarine, it does not need the baking pan to be greased or put on flour.
