Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 1/2 liters milk, boiled
  • 50 grams cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 50 grams raisin, or nut
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 kilos sugar

Preparation

Add the egg yolks, the vanilla, the sugar and the cornstarch dissolved in a little water to the cold milk.
This is mixed in the blender and put to heat over medium heat. Moving constantly so that it does not stick.
Leave a few minutes until it begins to thicken and serve in molds for cold gelatin and with raisins or nuts and cinnamon on top.

PRESENTATION

You can add a touch with a natural vanilla wand as an ornament.

TIPS

You can also empty it in a refractory and put it in the refrigerator.
