Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can half and half cream
  • 1 cup Water, to hydrate
  • 100 grams almond, (filleted or skinless)
  • 35 grams gelatin

Preparation

Hydrate the grenetine in the cup of water and let stand for 5 minutes.
Place in a water bath until it is diluted.
Blend the three cans with the almonds and add the diluted grenetine little by little, rectify the flavor
Empty a mold or several small ones and let set

PRESENTATION

It is demoulded in a platter or tray and decorated to taste.

TIPS

You can add 1/2 teaspoon of almond essence.
