Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Combine flour, baking powder and cocoa. Sift together and set aside.
Place the butter and sugar in a deep bowl and beat with a blender or a large spoon until the mixture is soft and fluffy. Add little by little the eggs (previously lightly beaten), until the ingredients are mixed well.
Add the flour mixture you already have ready, the grated coconut, the chocolate sparks and the milk to the butter whipped with sugar and egg. Beat only until all the ingredients are combined.
Using a spoon, place the mixture ready in the mold, if this is ½ capacity rate per pancake, you will have enough for 10-12 pancakes. But if your mold is for 1-cup capacity muffins, then you will only have enough mixture for 5 or 6.
Bake for 30 - 45min. Let cool and they will be ready.
