This recipe for Pay de Coco is so practical that you can prepare it in a matter of minutes using your blender to mix the ingredients, it is also perfect for coconut lovers.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 cup grated sweet coconuts

Preparation

In a blender mix the first 7 ingredients for 10 seconds.
With a spoon, gather the part of the mixture that is stuck to the wall of the blender and liquefy for another 10 seconds.
Add the Coco and blend for another 2 seconds or until well blended.
Empty it in a mold for Pay
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until you insert a toothpick into the Pay and come out clean.

PRESENTATION

Serve hot.

Tengo una duda sobre la masa que se forma. Es muy líquida la consistencia. Quisiera saber si eso es correcto. ¿O es que la medida que indica de la harina está errada? Gracias.

este pie me gusto mucho cuando lo probé. quisiera saber que concha o costra le puedo colocar o no lleva, favor enviarme los ingredientes de la concha si es que lleva gracias.
