Preparation
Mix the sugar and butter.
Then add the flour, the egg and the dulce de leche (arequipe) and the teaspoon of salt.
Preheat the oven to 250ºC then bake the cookies for 15 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool.
Then cover it with black chocolate and add white chocolate.
Decorate with dulce de leche.
