Ingredients

16 portions

  • 1/2 lemon zest
  • 150 grams flour
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • yeast

Preparation

In a bowl, beat the butter with the sugar and lemon zest, until it is pale and fluffy. Little by little and continuing to beat, add the flour, add the lemon juice and beat everything until a consistent dough is obtained.
Divide the dough into pieces and form balls of 4 cm in diameter.
Place on baking trays coated with oil, leaving plenty of space between them and flatten them into 7 cm diameter circles. Trace streaks on the surface of the cookie with a fork and bake at 180 ° C for 10-15 min, until they are a little labradorite. Let them cool on a metal grid.
