Preparation
With the help of a blender we work the butter until it looks creamy. We then add the sugar and continue beating. Then we incorporate the eggs and the essence of vanilla, without stopping to beat.
Then add the flour and continue beating until a thick dough is obtained. At this point, we started to work the dough by hand. We continue adding flour until the dough is easy to handle and does not stick to the fingers.
Then, with a rolling pin, we spread the dough on a surface sprinkled with flour, forming a sheet half a centimeter thick. With the molds of the desired shape we cut the cookies and place them on a non-stick oven tray and previously greased with butter.
Finally, bake the cookies in the oven and heat at 180º for about 15 minutes or until we see them golden brown.
