Preparation
First bake the flour in a tray to bake until browned (it may take about 15 to 20 minutes) wait for it to cool.
Stir the flour with the yeast, sugar and butter (you can use mixer at medium speed) wait until it forms a consistent, not lumpy dough.
Flour a work table so you can spread the dough with a rolling pin and use a cookie cutter.
Arrange the cookies on a tray with waxed paper.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees until golden brown.
Let cool and ready.
You can sprinkle the cookies with icing sugar combined with ground cinnamon to give it a different touch.
