Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons flaxseed
  • 4 teaspoons Water
  • 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate chip

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Place the yeast and flaxseed in a cup and add the 4 tablespoons of water. Mix until everything is incorporated and let stand for 5 minutes.
Soften the butter, and add the two sugars, mix well and add the egg. This can be done by hand or if you prefer to do it with the blender .
Additional vanilla, baking powder and yeast and flaxseed mixture. Beat until everything is well incorporated. Add the chocolate chips. If you prefer, you can reserve some sparks, melt them in the microwave and scribble on the cookie when it's baked.
Form balls with two spoons and place the balls on a baking tray with waxed paper or a silicone mat. Bake at 180 ° C for 8 minutes.
