Delicious soft cookies ideal to accompany with a rich hot chocolate or a tasty coffee. In truth, it is a very easy recipe. I almost always prepare them with my children, so that the chocochispas cookies bring my family together.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 sticks butter, (180 g)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup chocolate chip
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl, put the flour and butter at room temperature, sugar, cinnamon, eggs, vanilla. Incorporate manually, mixed all the ingredients, cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
Remove 20 minutes from the refrigerator and add the chocolate chips.
In a flat tray, put baking paper (waxed) and make balls, in between each leave space.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the cookie floor begins to brown.

PRESENTATION

Serve in an extended dish.

TIPS

You can take them out just before the oven, beat an egg and give them a brush of this, so they take more color
