Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350 F).
Put parchment paper on 2 cookie sheets.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt.
In another bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and sugar with a mixer on medium speed.
Add the egg, beating well to mix and little by little add the flour mixture. Stir a little so that everything is incorporated.
Add the chocolate chips.
With a spoon, place small balls of the dough on the trays, separated by 5 cm between each one.
Bake the cookies (first one tray, then the other) for 10-13 minutes until they are firm to touch.
Let cookies cool on wire rack for 5 minutes and serve.
