Ingredients

12 portions
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cups unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups chocolate chip

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (350 F).
Put baking paper in 2 cookie sheets.
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and salt.
In another bowl beat with a medium speed blender butter, brown sugar, and sugar.
Add the egg, beating well to mix and gradually add the flour mixture. Stir a little to incorporate everything.
Add the chocolate chips.
With a spoon, put balls of dough in the trays, separated by 5 cm between each one.
Bake the cookies (first one tray and then the other) for 10-13 minutes until they are firm when you touch them.
Let the cookies cool on a rack for 5 minutes and serve.

TIPS

You can add nuts, almonds or any nut you want.
