Ingredients

36 servings
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 Cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 Cup of unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 1 Cup of raw sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoonful of mint extract
  • 1 bag of Christmas mint candy chopped
  • 1 stick of White chocolate

Preparation

180 ° C oven
In a medium bowl, mix the flour with the cocoa, the baking powder and the salt.
Beat the butter with the sugar at medium speed until it sponges, about 2 minutes. Slow down and add the egg with the mint essence and beat until perfectly integrated.
Add the powders and beat until it forms a smooth dough. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
With an ice cream scoop, place a little of the above mixture on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Melt the white chocolate, bathe half the cookies and sprinkle the mint candies.
