Ingredients

10 servings
  • 75 grams of Butter
  • 75 grams of raw sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams of bee honey
  • 300 grams of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 250 grams of chocolate
  • artificial food coloring
  • vanilla frosting

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar until there is a homogeneous mixture.
    Add the egg and honey to the mixture and continue mixing until the ingredients are well incorporated.
    Add the cinnamon and mix.
    Add the flour and knead well until it forms a ball.
    Wrap the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
    Remove from the refrigerator and spread the dough with your hands or with a rolling pin.
    With a cookie cutter in the shape of stars or in a mold with Christmas figures cut the dough or put it in the mold.
    Bake for 15 minutes.
    Depending on the decoration you want to give your cookies you can add artificial coloring to bitumen to decorate with different colors
    Put the chocolate in the microwave for 25 seconds, move and put it back for another 25 seconds. Continue moving until melted.
    Remove the cookies from the oven.
    Put chocolate and bitumen in sleeves or in plastic bags with an opening at one end.
    You can decorate your cookies to taste.

    Me gustó mucho la receta, muy fácil de hacer, sólo un poco demasiado dulces para mi gusto así que reduje la cantidad de miel y azúcar y quedaron riquísima.
