Preparation
In a saucepan, mix butter, sugar and vinegar until boiling.
Remove from heat and let cool until mixture is warm. Stir with the beaten eggs.
Combine the flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon and salt and stir with the butter mixture to form a soft dough.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Flour a surface and place the dough, with a roller flatten the dough.
Cut the dough with a cookie cutter in the shape of stars of different sizes.
Place them on a baking sheet with waxed paper.
Bake at 190ºC for 7 to 9 minutes.
Remove from the oven and assemble the cookies from large to small.
Sprinkle icing sugar on top of the cookies.
