Ginger cookies with Nutella

This Christmas season you can pamper all your friends with a very soft cookie with an intense flavor of ginger filled with Nutella, decorated with a rich glaze. They are perfect to give to that special person.

Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1 Cup of Butter at room temperature
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 1/4 of Cup of honey
  • 1 piece of egg yolk
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 5 spoonfuls of nutella
  • 1 Cup of powder sugar for the glaze
  • 3 spoonfuls of lemon juice for the glaze
  • to taste of dark chocolate melted

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a blender, add the butter with the sugar, honey and egg yolk.
    Gradually add the flour, powdered ginger and cinnamon, beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Cover with non-stick plastic and refrigerate for 20 min.
    On a floured surface spread the dough to a thickness of 3mm, with the help of a cookie cutter gingerbread man short 10 pieces.
    Place on a tray and bake for 15 min. Let cool and reserve.
    Form cookie sandwiches, filling with a spoonful of Nutella. Reservation.
    For the glaze, mix the icing sugar with the lemon juice. Place on a sleeve with smooth duya and decorate the cookies with the glaze and melted chocolate. Let it dry
    Serve with milk

    La Verdad no me gusto nada hacerlas... la masa estaba tan seca que dificultaba demasiado cortarlas .... y ya hechas se rompen y yo las quería para decorarlas... no las he probado.

    Considero la masa queda seca pero aun así logre hacer las galletas.
