Cookies are always part of the Christmas tradition. This year, help Santa's reindeers by leaving healthy cookies that do not make them gain more weight.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1/2 cups coconut oil
  • 1/4 cups Apple sauce
  • 1 apple, peeled without heart and slice in quarters
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170ºC
In a food processor mix the coconut oil, applesauce, vanilla and egg.
While in a separate bowl combine the almond flour, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
Stir all the ingredients. Form the cookies with 1 tsp of dough on waxed paper. Bake for 10 minutes. Chills and devours yuuum.
