Ingredients

12 portions
  • 375 grams margarine
  • 650 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla, or orange
  • 75 grams oats, in flakes
  • 300 grams chocolate chip
  • 185 grams brown sugar

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In the blender put the butter together with the sugar at low speed to form a kind of cream.
Add the egg to the mixture.
Add the essence of vanilla or orange to continue beating until it becomes more creamy.
We incorporate the flour little by little (already mixed with the baking powder and the salt)
Little by little we put the oats, the pasta will go from creamy to a uniform dough.
Remove from the blender and with your hand or a spatula (best with your hand) we incorporate the sparks of chocolates until it is evenly distributed.
Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
In a tray previously oiled or lined with wax paper we make cookies of the desired size or we can start making balls and then crush them.
We put in the oven between 15 and 20 minutes depending on the power of your oven, (until they are golden brown).
We let cool 5 minutes and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

You can serve your cookies in a simple way arranged in the shape of a roof, or put them one by one in cellophane bags and tie them with ribbon for an excellent gift.

TIPS

The butter should be at room temperature to handle it better. Sift flour with salt and baking powder before adding it.
